1. Why the shipping cost changes so differently?

Actually, the shipping cost according to the quantity, if you need 10 pcs, the package is totally different with the package of 100 pcs. that is why the shipping cost is different.

2. May I start to test the sample at a very small quantity?

Such as one pc ? Sure, you can. We fully understand that at the very beginning, you need to test the quality, also the market, so one pc of sample is acceptable. but please be noted that: if the quantity is very small, the shipping cost may very expensive. because it is not suitable for the shipping by Sea, and by Express, the shipping cost may expensive.

3. How long about the lead time after I paid ?

If you paid online, after we received your payment, we would arrange the package and delivery according to our production line. Normally if the quantity less than 200 pcs, the lead time would within 5 days, if there is the holiday or the hot selling season, such as the Black Friday and Double 11, the lead time may be delay. and we would notify you before the delivery.

4. If I did not receive the parcel, what should I do ?

Sometimes, if the parcel is really lost during the delivery, we would arrange the re-send service. to make all the customers have a good buying experience.
