ABS product knowledge
1. Good weldability with plexiglass, made in two-color plastic parts, and the surface can be chrome-plated
and varnished.
2. It has high impact resistance, high heat resistance, fire resistance, reinforced, transparent and other levels.
3. Fluidity is slightly worse than HIPS, better than PMMA, PC, etc., and flexibility is good.
Uses: Suitable for making general mechanical parts, wear-reducing and wear-resistant parts, transmission
parts and telecommunications parts.
According to different needs, the following adhesives can be selected:
1. G-: One-component room temperature curing soft elastic shockproof adhesive, resistant to high and low
temperatures, and the bonding speed of different viscosities is a few seconds to a few hours to cure;
2. KD-instant adhesive can quickly bond PC plastic in a few seconds or tens of seconds, but the adhesive
layer is hard and brittle, and it is not resistant to hot water immersion above 60 degrees;
3. QN-, two-component glue, soft glue layer, suitable for large area bonding or compounding of PC plastics.
4. QN-: Two-component glue, high temperature resistance;
5. G-: One-component room temperature vulcanizate. After curing, it is an elastomer with excellent waterproof,
shockproof adhesive, high and low temperature resistance. If the thickness is 1-2mm, it will be cured in about
10 minutes and basically cured in 5-6 hours. There is a certain strength. It takes at least 24 hours to fully cure.
One-component, no need to mix, just apply after extruding and let it stand without heating.
